1. What is business intelligence?
Business intelligence is an activity, which involves collecting, classifying and analyzing information, usually gathered from open or easily accessible sources, such as newspapers, corporative publications, Internet, and other databases. Business intelligence also entails various other data mining and analysis methods based on information technology. Business intelligence yields processed post-analysis data, which serve for making right and rational business decisions.

2. What is business consulting?
Business consulting refers to the process of helping the companies to improve their efficiency by analyzing the existing business problems and development of future plans. It is a type of aid or support based on expert knowledge, experience, and business proficiency supplemented with various methods and individual approach to the client. With the use of tools for detailed analyses, one accurately determines the obstacles between the company and its goals. Business consulting provides the involved parties with a series of measures that must be undertaken for reaching long-term goals and improving the business.

3. What kind of work are detectives permitted to conduct?
The detective service is defined and regulated by Private Investigator Law (NN 24/09). A private investigator can collect information and data on various subjects, situations and persons. Detectives can also plan and apply means for protecting confidential business information, information systems, and commercial and personal information depending on the terms of contract signed with the client.

4. What is business security?
With the business security certificate national and international classified contracts with Croatian, NATO or the EU government bodies as well as government bodies of countries members of NATO and the EU. The certificate guarantees the safety of classified information handled by the employees, and ensures that the information security standards have been applied.

5. What is the purpose of Security Policy?
Security Policy is a set of rules, guidelines and procedures, which defines the way to make a system secure, and how to protect all of its valuable aspects. It shows what the users can and cannot do, and what their responsibilities are. However, it does not determine how to protect the system, but only quotes what is to be protected. Security Policy as a document has limited validity, because once it is written it must be reviewed, changed and regularly updated.

6. Who needs brand protection?
Today's dynamic economy where changes happen on regular basis makes a good ground for individuals or groups who try to make a profit by illegally using copyrighted products or services. These actions misappropriate intellectual property and cause severe damage to its owner. Brand protection is an all-encompassing process with the sole purpose of neutralizing such intentions.

7. What is classified information?
Classified information is referred to as classified by a government body in an official procedure, and has some level of confidentiality. Any classified information handed to Republic of Croatia by other countries, international organizations or institutions that Republic of Croatia liaises with, is also referred to as classified information

8. What is the purpose of ISPS code?
ISPS code represents a set of measures that improves the safety of seaports and ships. The idea for the code came as a direct result of the 9 / 11 terrorist attacks. ISPS consists of two documents that feature the minimal requirements all the international ports and their vessels have to fulfill.
